1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MomentumDetector (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by MomentumDetector (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in France.

MomentumDetector is a subscription-based stock market scanning platform that enables users to analyze the U.S. stock market using both predefined and customizable scanning criteria. The Service does not provide financial advice or recommendations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1. Free Trial

• The Service offers a 7-day free trial period (5 trading days).
• You must provide valid payment information to start the trial.
• You will be automatically charged the subscription fee when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expiration.

4.2 Refund policy

• No refunds will be issued after the trial period has concluded, as we believe this free evaluation period provides sufficient opportunity to assess the Service’s compatibility with your needs and requirements. Users are encouraged to thoroughly test all relevant features during the trial period to make an informed decision about their subscription. You MUST cancel subscription before the end of the trial if you don’t want to be billed.

4.3. Subscription Terms

• The subscription fee is $29.90 per month.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.
• All fees are non-refundable.

4.4 Automatic Renewal of Subscription

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize MomentumDetector to charge your payment method on file for the renewal at the then-current rate. For yearly subscriptions only, you will receive an email notification before renewal. For all other subscription periods, no notification will be sent. To avoid charges for the next period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

4.5 Change in Price

• MomentumDetector reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle of your subscription. You will be notified of any price increase both by email and through your user account dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Usage Restrictions

5.1. You agree to:

• Use the Service for individual use only.
• Not share your account credentials with others.
• Not exceed the limit of 10 simultaneous scanner windows.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service.
• Not use the Service for any illegal purposes.

5.2. Account Sharing Prohibition

• Each subscription is strictly limited to a single user.
• Account sharing is expressly prohibited.
• Users may not resell, redistribute, lease, sublicense, or transfer their subscription or access to the Service to any third party.
• Violation may result in immediate account termination.
